Climate change and food security are examples of the complex challenges we face as humans in the 21st century. Driven by these big ideas, this workshop and symposium will create a space for experimentation, discussion and intervention. Come along to explore ways of understanding and challenging the systems that we rely on: food chains, social networks, and ecologies above and below the scale of the human body. We’ll be asking lots of questions, making prototypes, and designing for humans and nonhumans alike.

Workshop with Jodi Newcombe (CARBON ARTS: creative solutions for a changing climate ), Zackery Denfeld & Catherine Kramer (The Center for Genomic Gastronomy, and Denisa Kera (NUS, ).
