Alexander Perry is Situation Dining which aims to draw diners in to their setting, showcasing not only local produce but the best the region has to offer in a wider sense. Combining food, art, and music, each Situation Dining event will be a curated response to its setting and surroundings, making each event completely unique.

Picking up where the Good Table left off, Situation Dining focuses on ethically sourced produce and seasonality, but with the added advantage of being mobile and limitless in its reach.

Alex was our partner chef in 2019 where he delivered the Of this Earth gastronomic journey around Bunjil Place, and again in 2021 for Djakitj Larr, where he collaborated on an edible Welcome to Country.
